Hip & Knee Replacement Prehab Class

It can be hard to exercises pre operatively especially when the joint is sore due to osteoarthritis and you’re not sure what to do for the best.

That’s why we have designed our 6 week prehab class to guide patients through a range of gentle exercises that they can do pre-operatively to help build strength. 

Stronger muscles means a better outcome in rehab post operatively and a quicker return to all the things you love.

Support from people who care

Our exercises classes are hosted in the shared gym space with All In Fitness. You get the benefit of state of the art equipment but with the guidance of a physiotherapist.

When you sign up for a 6 week block you will get access to a physio ran exercises class that will increase the power of your hip and knee in preparation for your operation. We will monitor your range and walking speed over the 6 weeks and give you lots of tips for success post op.

6 week block – £60

Our classes run twice a week:

Tuesdays – 2.15pm

Thursdays – 1.45pm

Classes last an hour and consist of 10 exercises, repeated twice.
